Behavior Technician - Entry Level
Start your rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis! We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to passionate individuals who want to make a difference in children's lives. Perfect for recent graduates or career changers. Skills needed: high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, patience with children, reliable transportation, commitment to professional development.
Clinical Supervisor
Oversee our clinical operations and ensure the highest standard of care for all clients. Work closely with BCBAs and RBTs to maintain quality services while fostering a supportive team environment. Skills needed: advanced degree in psychology or related field, supervisory experience, knowledge of ABA principles, strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple cases.
Family Support Coordinator
Bridge the gap between our clinical team and families by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to parents and caregivers. Help families reinforce therapeutic techniques at home and in the community. Skills needed: background in autism services, excellent communication skills, ability to train adults, cultural sensitivity, strong organizational abilities.
Senior Behavior Therapist
Lead our therapeutic initiatives and mentor junior staff while providing direct ABA services. We're seeking experienced behavior therapists who are passionate about professional growth and making lasting change. Skills needed: 2+ years ABA experience, leadership qualities, ability to train and mentor others, strong problem-solving skills, commitment to evidence-based practices.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Make a direct impact in the lives of children with autism! We're looking for compassionate RBTs to implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
